Merging

The rule of merging is every-other car.  And, yes, when I was 18 maybe I did't obey this but it sure bothers me when people cut or when they cut off trucks that are really close to them or mess up the already forming line of cars following the rule.  Arg! Why do I find this so bothersome?  I think I just want people to be POLITE!
